Coaching is most effective when done over a number of sessions.

These packages are structured give you the best value and experience of the coaching.

They are recommended to be done in the order listed (by number) to get the most benefit.

Discovery Session (FREE!)

How can I help you? Are you maybe not sure if you even need coaching? (spoiler alert: we all do!) Am I the right coach for you?

In this session we will:

  • Get to know each other

  • Learn more about why you want coaching

  • Discover what the main issues are and areas you want to address

  • Discover what you want instead

  • Discover what might be causing the problems you are experiencing by exploring your personal history

  • Discover internal conflicts and emotions

  • Agree upon an outcome for your coaching

  • Tailor coaching sessions to your needs

Let it Go (Package #1)

Are you holding on to past experiences that aren't useful? Do you find yourself having the same negative feelings or conflicts over and over even though you have tried to stop? Would you like to know why you behave the way you do?

In these six sessions we work on:

• The influence of parents/ carers

• Other influential people

• Let go of negative emotions

• Let go of negative beliefs

• Resolve internal conflicts

• Work toward what you want instead

(6 sessions x 2hrs)

On your way (Package #2)

Are you living a life that inspires you? Is everyday fulfilling your life's passion and purpose? Did you know that our problems and successes follow a pattern?

In these eight sessions we will

  • Discover your passion and purpose archetypes

  • Discover the paths you take to success and to problems

  • Find out what might be blocking or diverting your path to success

  • Remove those blocks

  • Be on your way to achieving your goals

Go the distance (Package #3)

Now that you have a clear path forward, it’s time to focus on what really matters to you. That is, what do you value? Are you prioritising what you want to be, or is there a mismatch between what you want and what you are actually doing?

In these four sessions we will

  • Discover what you truly value

  • Look at the big picture or focus in on a specific area of life

  • Find out if your actions match your desires

  • Fix any mismatches

  • Make sure your values will help you go to distance with your goals

(4 sessions x 2 hours)
