A few years ago, I was at a low point in my life.

I was working with a psychologist and doing CBT, but I still didn't feel like I was my best self. It was then that my sister asked me to come with her to learn about coaching.

I didn't intend on becoming a coach myself, I was only doing it for me. However, the more I learnt the more I wanted to dive deeper. The experiences I had were so profound and effective that I couldn't wait to share it with the people around me.

And now I do!

My sister and I also provide group trainings in many of these techniques working together as Gem Training.
